Post Purchase Anxiety
So, I’m having a little post purchase anxiety… Even though I’ve had months leading up to this, I’m still feeling the pressure now that its more final.
As the story goes, I’ve been interested in Real Estate for a long time now and finally have the opportunity to take another step. A few months ago, my grandma moved to St. George full-time and gave me the opportunity to purchase her home in Bountiful. Its been a tough road full of crunching numbers trying to decide if this really would be an opportunity. Taking away all the boring details and it turns out, if nothing else, this will be a great learning experience. I’m excited, yet anxious. There are so many unknowns.
I do have to give my appreciation and thanks to all those that have helped me with advice and support. Its been an honor to learn the ropes from some of the greatest friends and mentors. I’ll keep you advised on the progress. Wish me luck!
