F-150 vs. Acadia
We’ve been debating back and forth about getting a new car. If we do, we’ll probably have to sell the Audi too and get me a ‘beater’ to commute to work and back (all of about 9 miles round-trip… I know, its a killer).
My dear sweet wife thinks we need more interior room than the truck has to offer for our “family car”, so naturally my mind starts thinking about a RAM Mega-Cab if our current Crew-Cab truck isn’t big enough. She has other plans…
We’ve been looking at the GMC Acadia. If you know me, you would never dream of me ever considering a GM vehicle – especially with their threat of bankruptcy. My wife is convinced that the only thing we can get is something with 3-rows of seating, our options are limited (and budget even more limited – which is why we have been debating this for so long).
I honestly can NOT believe I am even contemplating trading in my most Awesome, favorite, dream truck. This truck truly has been the truck of my dreams – and has been a dream to own and drive – and I can’t find a single flaw with it. That is going to make leaving it that much harder, and that much harder for ANY other car to live up to. Maybe some of you can talk me out of this altogether…

Sounds Acadialicious. Mmmmmm. Sure wish I could join you. Although I think we beat you to the one beater car + a family car. Now we just need to trade the family car in for another family car…
